When must a party ask ICC to correct or interpret an award?

A party must submit a correction or interpretation application to the Secretariat within 30 days after that party receives the award. The correction limb addresses clerical, computational, typographical or similar errors. The tribunal’s own-initiative forty-five-day period does not enlarge the party’s deadline.
