How does this provision count time?

  1. Exclude the day of the earlier actual date of notification to the appellant or publication of the disputed decision. Count 2 calendar months to the corresponding date, or the last day where that date is absent, under Rule 112(2)-(4).
  2. The appellant challenging an appealable decision must check the final date under Rule 112(5). A weekend or bank holiday carries the required act to the next nonclosed day; actual directions remain material.
