Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (England) Regulations 2003, r.2 and applicable ScheduleHow does this provision count time?
- Include the actual notice date as day one and count 30 consecutive calendar dates. This is the regulatory relevant-period boundary, not a Tribunal procedural filing period.
- Deliver the stage-specific observations or nomination within the relevant period to the specified recipient
- The relevant period starts with the consultation notice date. A Saturday or Sunday at its end does not become a later observation date under Property Chamber rule 15. Check the applicable English or Welsh Schedule and any additional time actually offered in the notice.
