CPR 73.7(1)–(2), (5)–(6)

Can a closed CNBC filing office matter to the final filing date?

CPR 2.8(5) applies to specified acts at the court office ending when that office is closed. Establish actual closure and next opening rather than assuming every filing carries.

CPR 73.7(2); 2.8(5)

Does a granted extension excuse failure to meet its new filing date?

Rule 73.10(6B) also addresses a granted extension whose extended limit was not met. Preserve the actual extended date and compliance record.
