How much notice must a pre-action testimony petition hearing allow?
At least twenty-one days before the hearing, the petitioner must serve each expected adverse party with the petition and notice of hearing time and place. The notice uses Rule 4 service. If service cannot be made with reasonable diligence, the court may order publication or another method. This guide calculates no notice date or testimony entitlement.
