Does Texas impose a universal ninety-day contractual notice deadline?

Section 16.071(a) requires a covered contractual notice condition to be reasonable and makes a stipulation requiring notification within less than ninety days void. The section has railroad, federal subcontract and business-entity transaction provisions. It regulates an actual notice stipulation. It does not impose one universal ninety-day notice deadline after accrual.
